What's a PAW-SOME PRE ORDER?
A Pre Order means the item is not ready to ship from our bark-tastic warehouse yet. It may take 1-2 weeks for your goodies to arrive. If you can't wait and need something in stock pronto, just place two separate orders or email us at admin@yellowboneranch.com to arrange two shipments. Please note that delivery dates are approximate and subject to change. The shipping window tells you when your items will be sent out - then just allow a few days for them to reach you depending on your chosen shipping method and location.
 
Domestic Wagging Tails
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post (check below for International shipping info). Delivery times vary depending on your postcode. Please allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas and Easter. Yellowbone Ranch is not responsible for shipping times, but we'll gladly accept returns  if items arrive damaged (return shipping at your cost). Make sure to keep an eye on your delivery using the courier's tracking number. If you miss the delivery, the courier may leave a card for you to pick it up. If not collected promptly, the parcel will bounce back to us, and you'll need to pay for re-delivery.
 
Please double-check your postal details to avoid any mishaps - we're not responsible for incorrect addresses once the item is shipped. While we take care to pack your items securely, we can't control the courier service, so we can't be held personally responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.
 
Allow 1-6+ business days for domestic orders to be dispatched and up to 2-5 business days for delivery. During sales and new launches, please allow an extra 5-12 business days for dispatch.
 
How Much is Shipping?
Australian orders:
$10 - standard shipping

Car seat covers & other bulky items: $16.95 flat rate due to size.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on dimensions and weight.
 

Express Delivery?
At this stage we do not offer express delivery. 
 
P.O. Box Deliveries?
We can ship to P.O. Boxes in Australia via Australia Post. If a courier is needed, we'll require a street address.
 
Where Do We Ship From?
All items are shipped from Victoria, Australia.
 
Pick Up in Victoria?
We are currently an online store only, and do not offer click and collect from the ranch.
 
Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Track your order at www.auspost.com.au. 
 
Return to Sender?
If you need to return or exchange an item, you'll cover the return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Marking a return as 'Return to sender' will incur a fee charged to our Australia Post account, which you'll need to cover.
 
Order Cancellation
We may cancel your order if we can't provide the products. Unfortunately, we don't cancel or refund orders once placed. Contact us ASAP if you need to make changes before your order ships.
